SHIPPING POLICY

Customers can expect all products to be delivered 2-3 business days once shipped from our facility. All products will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business day(s) from confirmed purchase from our site. The only exclusions are on custom orders where shipping will be 1-2 business days after creation of your custom product. All products on Sista Sweets NY are shipped using Fedex Shipping Services. Fedex Shipping Services are responsible for the delivery of your product and all delays from the intended delivery date once they are in receipt of the product. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost related expenses that include but are not limited to boxes, dry-ice, bubble wrap, etc.

For custom orders, the shipping date will be determined at the time of purchase. All other items will be shipped 1-2 days after purchase (as items are made to order) unless shipping is otherwise noted by Sista Sweets NY.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange for an item of equal/lesser value. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All items are baked goods and do not require being returned to Sista Sweets NY.

After receiving notice of your intention for refund—Sista Sweets NY will reach out to the customer to issue store credit or an exchange for an item of equal/lesser value.
