Allergies 

Please contact us directly if there are any allergies so we can accomodate your order.

Deposit

Domestic Delivery

No refunds or replacement of your order will be provided if you are unavailable to receive your order from any mail carrier. Please ensure you are available to sign and retrieve your order, If you are unsatisfied with your order after arrival contact us immediately with pictures for a store credit excluding shipping fee. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for delays in receipt of cakes due to the weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Events

In order to schedule your desserts on your event date a 50 percent deposit is required. Without the deposit, we will not hold your date. Priority will be given to the paying customer. All final payments are due 1 weeks prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date your desserts may be cancelled.

Refunds

PLEASE keep your cake refrigerated and consume within 7days. 

All final payments are due 1 week prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date your desserts will be cancelled.If you decide to cancel 1 weeks prior to your event you may receive 50% of your paid in full monies. If you decide to cancel 1 week prior to your event 25% of your deposit will be refunded. Refunds the week of your event are not provided for any reason. 

Outside Events

Any desserts placed outside on events has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. We are not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up. If you choose to pick up your cake or desserts and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left our bakery, You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake or desserts. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily. Drive carefully and slowly.
